Event Counter at the InterContinental ® Berlin

Please register on site at the event counter at the Hotel InterContinental prior to the beginning of the event. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the event(s). The opening hours of the counter are as follows:

Accreditation

You will receive your badge/ticket upon registration on site. It will not be provided electronically before the event.   

A fee of €10 will be charged for lost or forgotten badges and for name changes.

Transfer

We offer free transfers to the evening events at the James Simon Gallery, the Jewish Museum and the Arminius Market Hall. All transfers start and end at the Hotel InterContinental. Transfer times will be announced in due course on the website and on site.

Sightseeing program

The booking for the various tours is subject to availability. The number of tickets is limited. Tickets will be issued automatically in the order in which registrations are received. 

Every tour requires a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the Bundesnotarkammer reserves the right to cancel the event and refund the amount already paid. 

Cancellation / refunds

Please note that, unfortunately, cancellations are generally not possible. Therefore, there will be no refund of the registration fee in case of no-show or early departure. 

Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to let us know if you are unable to attend. 

Visa

If you are a citizen of one of the countries listed under the link http://visahq.com/, we recommend that you to contact your consulate on how to obtain a visa in your case. It is the participant’s responsibility to apply for a visa if required. If you need an invitation letter, please contact buero.bruessel@bnotk.de.

Allergies and intolerances

During the registration, you will have the opportunity to provide information about any food allergies or intolerances. We will take this into account when selecting the menus.

Dress code for the evening events

For the evening events, we recommend the following dress codes:

James Simon Gallery: business attire/cocktail
Gala dinner (Jewish Museum): formal business attire (tuxedo optional)/cocktail
Welcome reception (InterContinental Hotel): business attire
Closing evening (Arminius Market Hall): business casual

Interpretation

The entire event will be interpreted simultaneously in English, Spanish and French.

How to get from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) to the InterContinental Hotel

By public transportation:
S-Bahn S9, S45, Regional Trains RE8, RB22-RB24, RB32, Airport Express Train
Distance from the airport: approx. 300 meters
Journey time: approx. 1 hour


By taxi:
Taxis are available at any time and everywhere at the main entrance/main exit of BER
Distance from the airport: approx. 100 to 200 meters
Journey time: approx. 37 to 40 minutes
