The various tours are booked exclusively according to the availability of free spaces.
A minimum number of participants is required for all tours. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Bundesnotarkammer reserves the right to cancel the tour and refund the advance payment.
Visa 

If your nationality is listed under the following link, a visa is required to enter Germany (http://visahq.com/). We recommend that you contact the competent authority at the place of your residence for official instructions on the specific visa requirements and application procedures that apply to you. It is the participant 's responsibility to apply for a visa if required.

Invitation Letter 

An official personalised letter of invitation will be issued to registered participants upon request as part of the registration process. This invitation letter is for visa application purposes only and does not constitute a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide financial support or confirm acceptance into the scientific programme. The invitation letters can be sent electronically (as PDF).

Please provide the following information via e-mail in order to receive your invitation letter for the visa application:

  • Full name
  • Passport number
  • Expiry date of the passport
  • Place of issue of the passport
  • Date of birth
  • Registration number (after successful registration for the event)
Payment Options 

We allow payment by EC or credit card as well as by direct debit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by bank transfer, cash payment on site or any other means of payment. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Payment of the booking price including taxes and fees is due upon conclusion of the contract with the booking confirmation.

 Refunds

In case of cancellation of participation, no-show or early departure, there will be no refund, as the costs incurred by the Host with the binding booking are generally not reimbursed by its service providers.

The Participant is entitled to prove that the Host did not incur any costs at all or that they are significantly lower than the booking rate. Cancellations must be made in written form.
